Hi guys my name is Paul and I am new to any kind of homebrew (only experience is making a 1 gallon wine from a wine kit) however I have 3 apple trees in my garden a mixture of cookers and eaters so I have decided to try cider. I have picked pulped and juiced enough apples already for 1 gallon of cider its in the demi-john and i have dropped in a Campden tablet to kill any wild yeasts ?? However after jumping in head first with no real research my question is during the juicing process I wasnt too hot on sanitation I mean I cleaned all my equipment with soap, antibacterial wipes and rinsed them i also sanitised my demijohn with the proper cleaner but then after reading I could contract e-coli from unpasteurised juice. Im freaking out :-D should I dump thr juice or is there a way of sorting it out ? Thanks guys :-D
