Welcome! I've learned so much about all kinds of different aspects of brewing on here. Sorry about all the mosquitoes in my back yard! And have you been eating my tomatoes?

Welcome to the forums and the obsession. Now either get out of my backyard or start mowing the grass! :D

sorry bout that guys! i'll try and type darker.... but thanks for the hospitality. i was wondering, are there any "teks" to follow here, for the novis? i was looking around and couldn't find any. i suppose i should just go to the local home brewers store and start with a kit before i do anything.... i'm a perfectionist though... grrrr

anyhow, thanks and hope to see you all round

Check out the beginners forum, and read all the sticky's. Then read www.howtobrew.com. If you want to get technical, I guess you could come over to the brew science forum, but it's usually best to start with the basics.

Welcome :mug:
