So ... my jqgm is clearing up I used blackcherry grape insted wondering how good it will be I gave it a taste while it was fermenting and it was sweet but had that fermentation taste and smell like old beer will that go away ?

It fermented for 15 days and was done I racked it yesterday backsweetened and stablized I did 3 gal multiplied everything by 3 but the yeast
