Hi everyone, I signed up last week, and totally forgot to drop into this forum and introduce myself.
I've lurked the website for the better part of a year now and I finally decided to take the plunge.
My name is Trey, I have a few brews under my belt and am definitely still learning.
I brew using the BIAB method 2.5 gallons at a time. I'm in the process of acquiring equipment to scale things up, as I'm currently fermenting in the Mr. Beer keg and I really want to brew 5 gallons at a time.
Anyway, I really look forward to learning as much as I possibly can from this website and all of the brewers. Cheers
