Howdy! Name is dustin, just started brewing a few weeks ago, thought this would be another one of my 'one and done hobbies' but am totally and completely hooked.
First batch is in secondary right now, two of my best friends and I are brewing together willing to try pretty much anything that sounds good in beer. All three of us are more in line with Sam Calagione's way of thinking and are game for anything once we get the basic brewing process down.
