Hey everyone! I just found this forum and joined. I started brewing in late Jan/early Feb and have been having a great time! I have only brewed around 8 beers so far, the first two were clones of a local brewery's beer, just to get used to the process, and since then, I have pretty much been making up my own recipes and they are turning out delicious! I've read through some of Papazian's "The Joy of Homebrewing" and it's been a big help too. I'm looking forward to learning even more here on this forum. If you're in Eastern WA, it would be cool to meet up or exchange brews sometime.

Welcome to HBT.

There are a couple of forum members in your area. It's a long drive for me. Still you never know when we could meet up. If you have really cool, expensive brewing stuff that you leave unlocked, I'm more likeley to stop by. :D

Seriously, Welcome again to the greatest homebrewing forum on the web.

Welcome to the forum.

I live in Richland as well and farmbrewernw moved here (or is moving soon)

If your available tomorrow at 7pm (third thursday of every month) we have our local homebrew club meeting up at Ice Harbor. I'll be there and I'll pick a few brews tomorrow to bring to share

Oh awesome! I might be able to make it tomorrow. The only beer that I have to bring is the only one that didn't work out but I just have yet to finish it (I tried to experiment with syrup and used waaaay too much so it's drinkable but just not good ha).

Definitely come by if your available, our meetings are generally pretty laid back. If your buying your supplies up there then its worthwhile to join our club. You get a discount in the homebrew shop up there. We also do a megabrew twice a year where we use their equipment to brew a batch
