Hey Jaun. Welcome from SoCal..

I can't keep enough frozen water bottles on hand to manage my fermentation temps. What do you do?

welcome! I bet keeping fermentation temps down is a challenge huh?

yeah, between july and august the heat here is pretty high, i managed to keep it between 74 and 78 while the primary fermentation was happening, but i had to buy a lot of ice and some wet shirts did the job, at least i don't live in mexicali or sonora where the weather gets hotter than here

well because i have a small fridge i can't have plenty of ice to cool it down so i had to buy some bags of ice, i have my carboy inside a cooler, and each day i cover it with a wet shirt, but you have to check the temp constantly, so it doesn't goes to high, caculate the ice so it doesn't get pretty low either
