welcome! I bet keeping fermentation temps down is a challenge huh?
Hey Jaun. Welcome from SoCal..
I can't keep enough frozen water bottles on hand to manage my fermentation temps. What do you do?
well because i have a small fridge i can't have plenty of ice to cool it down so i had to buy some bags of ice, i have my carboy inside a cooler, and each day i cover it with a wet shirt, but you have to check the temp constantly, so it doesn't goes to high, caculate the ice so it doesn't get pretty low either
