Hi fellow HBT forum members

I'm sure this forum has experienced a wave of South African's joining in the last two months... sorry if we're overcrowding the place.

I am a total beginner to brewing. Have always been keen to give it a go but was somewhat intimidate.. Fortunately the current lockdown rules in our country have forced me to get going with the hobby now and I'm already deep into it and thoroughly enjoy it. I have an irish stout fermenting and I'm reading as much as I can about the next brew already. Definitely hooked!
