Hey everyone... I have only recently joined the forum, and decided to subscribe as it seems to be an amazing place to be... I currently own and run a vint on premise store focusing mainly on wine, my partners and I are just about to do beer as well.
I have only started "home brewing" recently with a jalapeño wine going into secondary. And I am working up the courage to do a mead.
I have over 5000 gallons if wine under my belt in the last 5 months at my store... Hope to bring those numbers up with home endeavors too .
