Hi everyone. Only just started to look around but can already tell there is lots of good information here.

Been brewing Kombucha only for a while now, but my guess at this point is this is just the start. I think I've caught the bug! would love to learn to make beer or ciders at some point also. Have much to learn...

Will keep poking around. Thanks for being here and being such a great resource.
