Hi Everyone and thank you for all of the help. I've been lurking around these forums for at least 4 years, maybe longer.

I've almost posted here dozens of times, but every time I have a question, it seems someone has already asked and answered.

Well actually... someone answers, someone else replies with a different answer, someone replies with a nonsensical response, someone bumps a dead thread, and someone mistakenly posts in the wrong thread. Well actually... that knda describes every forum ever.

My interests are food and beverages. For the last 5 years, my experience with experience is mosly ciders, meads, fruit wines and lacto-fermentation of vegetables (krauts, pickles, kimchi, etc). The last 18 months, I added beer to my fermentation lineup - mostly extracts but considering switching to biab.

Reason for finally creating an account, I was watching paint dry, literally, and was looking up breweries in Ensenada for an upcoming trip. Any recommendations?

Thanks
-PA

Welcome to HBT, David. In addition to the brewing forums, scroll down the main page and you'll find subforums for ciders, meads, wines and cooking - your experiences would be helpful, I'm sure.

Greater Sacramento area for me. I see there are others in the area too.
I'll be at low-brau tomorrow for a work, uh, team building exercise.

Welcome, David. I hope you enjoy this wonderful community as much as I have in my relatively short time here. Seriously knowledgeable across a vast range, and generous. Have fun and good luck.

No Ensenada recommendations unfortunately, though I have fond memories of the food, from when I was a kid (Venturan). At 15 hitchhiked up to live with my pal's family, Red Bluff - so have some Nor. Cal. experience in the lifeline!
