Just dropping in to say hi to everyone.
I have been an All Grain brewer since 2008 & currently brew on a 50lt Braumeister. I use a dedicated fermentation fridge & ferment in a 50lt Sanke keg using a Sanke fermenting kit & an STC 1000 for temp control.
Looking forward to browsing the forums & catching up on the latest brewing techniques from you guys.
