Been reading the forum for some time. Have had a Mr. beer in my basement for 2 years brand new. Finally made up the wort and started the fermentation in it. Going to be buying equipment for a 5 gallon set up within the next month. I really would like to learn to make something along the lines of the Belgian Ale, Delirium Tremens. My favorite commercial beer. I'm from michigan. 28 year old firefighter. Any tips or suggestions on equipment or anything is appreciated.

Don't have any suggestions on the recipe but for a good fermintor I have a Hobby beverage equipment co Mini Brew. I don't know price off hand but I love it.
