Greeting from France. Reading the forum/site for years now I registered . Looking for new concept / different know-how and fun with all homebrewers ! I hope I can also contribute.

have brewed around 20 batches (best bitter, porter, american ale, IPA, belgian Ale...) My favorite and the best batch : the English Porter !!! But I've never managed to brew a good wheat beer

Hi and welcome. I've made this wheat beer a few times - it never turned out great in bottles (came close once) - now that I have kegs, I'll try it again for the summer!
