Ive been a long time lurker and slowly building up my brewing equipment over the past few months......I decided to jump right into it and go all grain...Im on my second batch now and look forward forward to many more brew days.....I just don't know why it took me so long to realize I was drinking crap beer when I could make my own!! Thanks for all the knowledge Ive gained from these boards!:rockin:
