Hey I am new to this, I haven't really brewed a batch of beer yet, however I have been welding together my equipment to start my all grain voyage and make some great beer. I used to think the domestic beers where the greatest invention since sliced bred til I tasted an all grain brewer friend of mine's English red Ale and Smoked Porter my taste buds where instantly altered to notice the water downed flavor and same simularities in in those beer those beers are good to those who like them but do not appeal to me since my first encounter with all grain homebrew. I started by trying to convert a freezer into a a kegorator when I stumbled upon bobbyfromnj on youtube I seen the kegs he was use and he said stainless, then it clicked I weld stainless everyday at my job so it should be easy to build these kettles. I went to my moms got a keg I had stored there for two year took it in to work the next day plasma cut it, smelled like crap by the way. And welded stainless couplers on and the rest is history I now have two keg conversions and looking for another keg to get my third one. I have pretty much everything I need to start except burners so thats my intro! Thanks for reading.
