New brewer here, living in Oklahoma, though I'm still a Hoosier at heart. So I just started brewing on Oct 12th. I started with a Coopers Pale Ale, which is now conditioning. The day I bottled I brewed the Brewers Best Hefe which I need to rack over to my secondary today.

Looking forward to researching this site for some answeres I am looking for and maybe one day being able to assist others.

You came to the right place to ask questions & get real answers. I did a lot of beers with Cooper's products myself. Mixed them with other extracts, hops, yeast & the like for different beers.
