New brewer here, living in Oklahoma, though I'm still a Hoosier at heart. So I just started brewing on Oct 12th. I started with a Coopers Pale Ale, which is now conditioning. The day I bottled I brewed the Brewers Best Hefe which I need to rack over to my secondary today.
