Hey, new member here from the Chicago burbs, been brewing for maybe 5 years off and on. I've used this forum a lot when I do so figured I should say hello. I do mostly BIAB and extract brews, have mostly bottled but have used small kegs now with co2 canisters and think the full keg life is probably where it's at.
