Just thought I should introduce myself. I've lurked on here for quite a while now. Just never bothered to post anything. I joined the homebrewing community last summer after visiting Sedona, AZ on vacation. My wife and I spent a week with one of our friends and her dad who retired from Annheuser-Busch as Brewmaster and now owns a brewery and grill in Sedona. It was an enjoyable experience speaking with a master on a daily basis about beer. I knew nothing about beer at that point (except how to pop the cap and drink up) and was intrigued by the science of it all. He gave me a tour of the brewery and that helped me picture the process. Albeit on a larger scale than I could ever accomplish.

Anyway, I came home and ordered a brew kit and read as much as I could and have been brewing ever since. I really love beer and it only makes sense to make my own as much as it does for the house wife (what's that? :) ) to bake her own cake or pie.

Thanks for all of the great info in the past and future to come.

Dave

This is only my 3rd post but I enjoy reading all the other ones. I'm just getting ready to brew my 2nd batch ever. Keeping fingers crossed. Thanks to everyone for all the great info. Back later.

Also want to say hello to everyone! :)
I'm from Vietnam, huh, very far from almost all of you here, working in a APB(Asia Pacific Brewery) brewery as a Packaging guy. See something useful in this forum (will find more :)).
Do I know anyone here?
Enjoy!
