I've been working on developing that inexpensive, easy drinking beer that fits my tastes to call my own house ale. After spending some time formulating I came up with this recipe and it turned out GREAT! It's just a hair on the sweet side, possibly because of my thermometer reading low and adjusting causing a full body mash rather than a lite body mash. I'm going to try and brew the recipe with a lower mash temp before adjusting the grain bill. Depending on the results I may cut the carapils back to 3 or 4oz.
