So I have some leftover ingredients and am looking for a way to use them. I had originally bought some of them for a cream ale but I think I want to go in a different direction. I'm thinking a Pale that's super drinkable but still has a ton of hop flavor and aroma and in the 40ish IBU range. I live pretty close to my LHBS so I can get more ingredients if needed, I'll have to go there for my yeast anyway.

Ingredients I have on hand are as follows:
6 lb Pilsner LME
8 oz Dextrose
8 oz Maltodextrine
0.5 oz Simcoe
0.5 oz Columbus
2.6 oz Willamette
0.2 oz Cascade
1.0 oz Fuggles

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

So here's what I'm thinking.

6 lb LME
8 oz Dextrose
0.5 oz Columbus (60)
0.5 oz Simcoe (15)
1 oz Willamette (0)
Dry hop 1 oz Willamette 5 days

According to Beersmith that gives me an OG of 1.048 and 36 IBU.
