Hello,
I have been reading a ton about water after getting into all grain brewing last year, but at times I think I am still as confused as when I started out.
Here is my question. Googled everywhere, searched the forums, and can't find an answer.
I plain to brew an Australian Pale Ale, Cooper Pale Ale Clone. I also use RO water and build from there. For that, which water profile from Brewin Water should I use? Yellow Dry or Yellow Balanced ... or something else.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
