So I need to figure out some sort of ventilation system. 3 burner propane single tier system with 3 - 15.5 keggles. All grain. Should pretty much only ever have one burner on at a time.

Brewstand is right against an exterior wall (not against but you know what I mean. I am thinking something like a couple of these:

installed thru the wall and a box of some sort like a hood to trap the steam/vapors.

Will this work? That would be a combined 1050 CFM is that enough ventilation?
 
depends on the size of the room this is going into. a room 10x10x10, the 1050cfm would be fine bc the entire room is vacated with air in one minute.
