New to Kombucha

Hi guys,

I am new to brewing Kombucha, but an avid drinker. My favorite brand is GTs raw organic kombuchas - http://www.wegmans.com/webapp/wcs/s...=10052&langId=-1&partNumber=CONTENTLIST_52442.
I buy them in bulk at Wegmans but I want to start brewing them myself. Any recommendations on how to get a homebrew to start tasting like GTs flavored enlightened and synergy lines?

Flavoring in a secondary fermentation with juice works for me and I've been told that my KT tastes just as good as GT's
