Help with tubing clamp: stupid question

So, how do I remove a tubing clamp like the one in tubes 2 and 3 below (oetiker clamps??). I am done already (used a Dremel tool with a cutting wheel), but there has to be a better way.

I'm with you buddy! I used a dremel and metal cut off wheel... Wear safety glasses (do as I say not as I do)!
