Hey guys I'm brewing a wildfire wheat beer and once its finished fermenting in primary I rack it off to secondary and pour in 250 grams of mango and passion fruit puree! My question is can I use the canned version for this recipe? Are the seeds and syrup in the passion fruit add different flavours from the can? Can I just throw it all in my thermo mixer and make a puree and put it in my secondary? Your help with my questions would be much appreciated. Cheers
