Thanks for the welcome! I will start this off by asking for some help...

Here is my plans for a Honey Blond Ale

8lbs 2-Row
2lbs Maize
0.5lbs Honey Malt
0.5lbs Buscuit Malt
(maybe 2lbs orange blossom honey)??? would this make it too dry???

I have nugget, columbus, spalt, nothern brewer, phoenix and gelna hops left, I want to use Columbus for my last hop addition, buyt I am not sure what to use for a bittering hop, any suggestion? Thanks all!

I'm no honey expert, but it seems ok to me.

Why columbus for the last hop? That's the one I would use for bittering. It's a big hop, and pretty strong. I'd use the spalter for finishing an ale like that. Galena would work, too, for bittering.

Yeah I ment to say I wanted to use the columbus for the bittering hop. I also just got some nugget, fuggles and some perles. I like this perles, nice minty piny smell..the nugget is really grassy or herbal-strong. Any suggestions will help. Thanks! :tank:
