Hi All,

I just finished juicing the elderberry we harvested this year, and ended up with two quarts. Maybe my search-fu is failing hard, but strangely, I'm having trouble finding a decent recipe.

Can someone give me some tips on how to use the two quarts of elderberry to make a decent batch somewhere between 1 and 5 gallons?

Looks real nice, thanks for posting that!

I'm going to have to interpret how much elderberry we had/have since I'm a couple steps in and off the recipe.

2 Quarts of juice, 2 quarts of water, sugar to whatever SG you like, a good red wine yeast, a little nutrient and a bit of oak will turn it into a nice elderberry wine. If you have honey instead of sugar so much the better. WVMJ
