Alright, Im gonna dry hop my Black IPA tonight. I want the boards help in picking my dry hops...

The basic recipe involves chinook as bittering and a combo of centennial and cascade from 15 to 5, then a hop stand of 1 oz cascade and 1 oz centennial. OG was 1.081 so its got some umphhh.

I was going to dry hop with 2 oz of cascade, but Ive also got several oz of centennial, glacier, columbus, willamette, chinook that I can use. I know Im gonna use at least one oz of cascade. any suggestions are welcome.

2oz is a good amount. Id use hops that compliment what you already put in. So centenial or cascade are safe.
