Help with Beer Smith 2

Need some help getting Beer Smith dialed in for my first all grain if anyone can help.
Trying to get the software setup right and would appreciate some one talking me through the process to make sure I get it right.
I.E. initial setup and understanding how to adjust for water recipe.

What part about the water of the recipe do you need help with? Like mash measurements/strike water etc?

Beersmith doesn't really have much in the way of water adjustments except to match profiles from different brewing regions. You need to look at getting your mash pH in the correct range. I'd use a different software for that, either Bru'n water or EZ water calculator.
