I have a couple different amber bock clone recipes. Most of the ingredients are the same except for the main extract. 1 calls for 8lbs of American 6 row. I am just a beginner and have no way of doing an all grain. The other 2 recipes call for 6lbs of Amber DME or 7.5lbs of light pilsner LME. I would like to use a LME that is close to the 6 row all grain. What would anyone recommend? And any information about using either the amber or light pilsner?

Other ingredients :
2lbs rice
.5lbs 40l caramal malt
.5lbs carapils malt
4 oz roasted barley
1 oz hallertauer
1oz tettnanger
1 oz spalt
