Hello,

I'm a Newbie & a recipe I want to try calls for acidic blend, added to primary. My brew shop didn't have any, so I bought citric acid, tartaric acid & malic acid, but I'm having no luck figuring out how much of each to mix together to make acidic blend.

I appreciate any advice.

Most acid blends are a combination of those three acids, generally usually tartaric, malic and citric acids in a ratio of 40-40-20 (in the order I listed), but not always. Some brands may be 40/30/30, but if you go with the 40/40/20, you'd be close to the ones I'm familiar with.
