I am brewing my first batch ever today. I purchased a bunch of lme and hops from the LHBS. They gave me a copy of one a recipe the brew onsite that should fit my taste buds. Only problem was they brew in 12 gallon batches.

I've scaled everything down. Just want to make sure i'm not way off.

Export style ale

pale Lme 6 lbs
amber Lme .5 Lbs
dextrose .75 lb
5 gallon boil
60 minute boil
bittering 1 oz cluster at start

aroma 1/2 oz nugget, 1/2 oz fuggles 15 minutes before flame out
1 irish moss tablet at 15 minutes before flame out.
