Help wiring the AC unit

Can anyone give some guidance for attaching this to either a ranco etc-111000 or a PID? I have looked through a bunch of threads and still having trouble piecing it together. This is for a glycol chiller.

Not seeing incoming voltage connections on diagram. Would it be easier to use the ranco or pid to just operate the outlet its plugged into?
