Stupid new equip got me thermometer in keggle mash ton reads 140. Probe thermometer reads 175 been there for 60 min now. Should I just toss it or waste hops and yeast? I am going back to my cooler mash tun
 
do an iodine test on it, see if there are sugars. i'd just go ahead and brew it anyways and hope something good comes out of it.
