Help Please, Looking for Gravity Conversion

I'm looking for a calculator for specific gravity, and take into account the temperature of the wort. For instance:

SG: 1.041
Temp: 123F

Is there an online calc or some conversion formula I can apply to find my actual SG?

Corrected gravity is 1.052.....
