So I had to go out on a week long work trip. Today is bottling day (just got back a couple days ago). I went in to get the beer and take some readings see if it was ready. Noticed the blow off tube is out of the water. So might be exposed to air..

Is it ok to still bottle or should I just dump it?

In cases like these, not only is the batch ruined, it is now dangerously toxic and you need a EPA accredited facility to dispose of the toxins. Fortunately I have some connections, If you want to bottle and send me this batch I would graciously dispose of it for you. ;)

I knew it.. damn it I guess I should call the authorities..

ok it looks fine. Should be fine. I guess we will find out

What style of beer? Worst case is that it got exposed to a little bit of oxygen (which is more of a problem for hoppy beers). Given that you had a blow off tube in place, I would expect minimal oxygen would get through the CO2. I think you are good to go.

During fermentation and for quite a while after it ends there will be CO2 pushed out of the blow off tube. Oxygen will be trying to get in against that flow but unless you have a huge blow-off tube it won't get far.

I doubt you have anything to worry about. Had you left it a long time after fermentation you might have some problems but any O2 exposure here will be minimal

This is why we keep @S-Met around. Any time there’s a questionable batch he’s all to happy to pull some connections and help with disposal. I think he has access to some kind if bio-processing plant thats EPA approved.

I’m with everyone else though...your batch is probably fine, if not slightly oxidized

I think youre somewhere out in my direction, you could probably help with proper disposal of beer.
