I made a HighGavity (OG 1.100) beer this weekend and put it in the 3 gallon bottle about 3/4 full. Attached a blow off tube and put in the fridge at 65 degrees.
Last night the gallon milk jug was full so I emptied it and put it back. This morning I have beer and crap all over the fridge because the 1 gallon jug filled again. Now I am down to under 2 gallons of beer in the fermenter.
What the heck can I do to stop the escaping beer ?

Put some anti-foaming drops in it. I'm not exactly sure what it's called... maybe carafoam? I've heard about it around here.

I got some anti foaming drops today and its too late, fridge was a mess and I only have 1/2 my beer. Its still bubbling away but no more krausen on the top, it had collapsed.
Oh well, live and learn.
