Help me read my water report

About 8 ag batches in and I suppose it's time to start looking my water to get to next level.

Suggestions on what I should add? What is my water good for? Suggested treatments.

This is a typical municipal report intended to reassure you that your water isn't laden with noxious organics (though it doesn't do a very good job of that). It contains no information useful to you as a brewer. You will have to send a sample off to Ward Labs or another laboratory to have the water analyzed or analyze it yourself.
