Help me out with these ingredients

I was originally going to brew a brett clone for my second ever homebrew but the LHBS didnt have any brett yeast strains. So im thinking it might be a sign for me to do something else instead.

Here are the ingredients I bought for the brett clone (sans the yeast)

2-row pale malt, 0.5 lbs.
CaraPils malt, 0.5 lbs.
flaked oats, 0.5 lbs.
Munich malt, 0.5lbs

4.5lbs LME
3lbs DME

1 bag of yeast nutrient

2oz Magnum hops

If I choose to go with another brew using these ingredients.. what should I do? I kind of want to try an imperial, but I would porbably need to go get more malt extract right?

Any suggestions?

LHBS? We don't need no stinkin' LHBS! You can pitch the dregs from anything on this list:

Orval and Ommegang are probably the most widely available, geographically speaking. You can also order from a great number of online vendors. The weather this time of year should be relatively kind to your yeast during shipping.
