This photo is phenomenal!

The email I got referred to downsizing and doing things in the business moderately. The poor bloke who was assigned the task of buying beer and stuff for a company picnic was advised only one beer per employee. So the smart ass got bigger cups...and got fired.

Still...everytime I see this photo I laugh my ass off.
