Fellas,

Being the type of guy that I am, I bought a bunch of stuff from a brew store before researching anything...obvious total rookie mistake. However, instead of letting it sit and gather dust, tell me what I could make with what I have lying around. Here is what I've got...would love to hear your suggestions. And note, I love any beer really, so I don't really have a particular style I am going for.

3.3 lbs of Cooper's Light
3.3 lbs of Cooper's Amber
Safale US-05 dry ale yeast (pink/red packet)
Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale
Whitelabs Hefeweizen Ale Yeast WLP300
10oz of Cascade whole hops (6% AAU)
10oz of US Fuggle whole hops (4.5% AAU)
10oz of Newport (12% AAU)
10oz of Centennial (10% AAU)
6lbs Briess Bavarian Wheat DME

I bought the wheat DME and WLP300 with the thought of doing a Hefewiezen, but most of the recipes I found call for different DMEs, LMEs, Yeast and Hops. Any good recipe that would help me make a 5 gallon batch would be greatly appreciated. Plan to brew it on Monday.

Wheat IPA? That's a ton of hops. Sorry that I'm not any help. That's a lot of hops.

Check out beersmith software!!!

Huge help to you in making recipes.

I forgot to add that all of them are whole hops. And I got them for free :) Wasn't going to turn down free fresh whole hops! I will check out beersmith too...thanks.

I like the wheat IPA idea...the coopers and wheat extract is going to give you about a 1.07 OG. You probably want to get some crystal malt and steep it for some added complexity and body. Hop to your liking and use an ale yeast.

Any specific recipes on the amber or pale ales with the ingredients ive got?
