Help! Is my homebrew showing early signs of infection?

Hello, I'm new here and new to the home brewing world so hopefully you guys can help me out.

I had my first ever brew day on Sunday and I've been fermenting my beer for 3 days now and I might be overthinking but is it showing early signs of infection?

Yes that is a fish tank heater in the middle (works a treat for fermenting in winter!)

All this assumes you washed and sanitized the fish tank heater before you put it in your wort...
