Help Identify my mystery cleaner.

Normally for sanitation I use a little bleach, but whenever I order from a specific supplyier here in Norway I also get a few packs of the so called cleaner and disinfector that that recommend for bottles, fermenters, equipment.

thing is Ive NEVER actually known what this is with relation to what people talk about in these forums. I do know Ive never had an infection using either it, or bleach though.

So without further waiting, the ingrediants the words in () are the original Norwegian on package:

Sodium Metasillcat (Natrium Metasillcat)
Phosphates (fosfater)
Soda

Instructions are to use 1 tablespoon of it in 10L of water.

So, what is my mystery cleaner/disinfector?
