Today I went to dry hop my IPA thats been sitting for 10 days and opened up the bucket to this

Is my beer infected? If so is it garbage or salvageable?

I dont know what it is but ive never seen a blob like that on top off a batch of beer. The glassy/ice rafts suggest lacto but the flash on your camera is bright. Im intrigued to see what others say.
 
Ya sorry about that photo quality btw. Whatever it is, I took one out and it was like film. I think the bubble was CO2 that was just trapped under whatever this stuff is.
 
Give it another week and then have a sample and taste it.


Edit: I see you want to go ahead and dry hop it now. Not sure what to recommend based on that picture. Usually by day 10, my krausen is gone and surface is quite clear.
