Late Addition: at 50 Min'
8oz Lactose
8oz Unsweetened Cocoa
I know that the lactose is unfermentable. I am not sure about the Chocolate.

I assume that the high FG is due to the late addition stuff but want to be sure. I don't want any bombs. :)

The gravity hasn't budged in 4 days. It is stuck on .030. I've swirled and warmed her up with no effect. The estimated SG and FG from Beersmith was 1.059 and 1.015 respectively. But I did not enter the Lactose and Unsweetened Cocoa into the program.

You could try pitching some S-04 dry yeast...

The only thing that I have on hand is Muntons. Would that be an OK substitue that would not impart any off flavors for this type of beer. - Chocolate Stout.
