I'm converting the closet under my stairs into a cellar. Approximately 75 to 100 cubic feet. It shares an outside wall, partially underground.

I'd like to cool it down. I'm looking for something that wouldn't take up too much space and if possible I'd like to keep it under $300.

Any ideas?

jmhart - do a search in the forums for fermentation chamber (e.g. this) or cold room (e.g. BrewPastor's) for some ideas. The three popular methods are using ice & fans to circulate cold air, using a fridge or using a window AC unit, regardless you should be able to cool you room for less than $300.
