And to expand on my opinion, I'm not a Blichmann fanboy by any means. I have their burner and their bottling gun, both bought used on this forum. Their burner is really well made, and more importantly, had adjustable arms with small tabs that will hold the bigger kettles in place. I think that is important for safety, especially if you use the leg extensions. Its all stainless and really sturdy.
Also, for whatever reason, it is super efficient on propane consumption compared to my SP10. I don't know if I get twice as many batches out of a tank, but if I don't its really close. I think that over the last year, I have made around 20 batches and probably saved about $50 in propane. Also, If you every want to get out of the hobby, you can always sell it on here for at least $100.
