Hi there, I'm new around here
In the past I've made quite a few batches of "country wines" from various different fruit, with varying results.
I've also in the past brewed a couple of batches of beer (one from a kit, one from grain) both of which I was quite happy with.
Where I live now, I find myself with a significant supply of grapes (of unknown varieties…) and so I'm looking to get better at making "real" wine (ie, from grapes), in which I have little experience.
I also have a reasonable supply of apples (again, of various unknown types), and my first questions here will be about cider, with which I have near zero experience.
I'll be posting a few questions over the coming days and look forward to being part of the community here.
